IT Infrastructure Management
- Conceptualize and execute strategic IT plans for achievement of organizational targets.
- Maintain updated documentation for current hardware and software configurations, and also for proposed future installations & modifications to the current environment for Services.
- Develop Business Contingency, Disaster Recovery Plan and Procedures.
- Analyzing business needs and executing initiatives for establishment of IT Infrastructure

Network & System Administration
- Managing the overall administration of LAN & WAN involving design of network layouts, configuration and maintenance of application servers and databases.
- Overseeing installation & monitoring of OS, RDBMS and application software under multi-platform environments, deployment of servers, disk quota management and distributed file systems, network, etc. Maintaining archived data on tape for backup & hard disk drives using RAID.
- Managing the installation, configuration & maintenance of servers, workstations, printers, network services and peripherals on multiple platforms.
- Assessing organizational requirements for network security and implement security software / devices like Firewalls and filters for protection against virus / spam attack from the web.
