• Operations supervision of deep-water subsea gas field, Onshore Oil field and surface facilities during commissioning, start-up and steady state operations.
• Supervision of operations for oil and gas fields which include DCS controls, oil and gas production wells and WATER-injection wells.
• Familiar with artificial production systems (using Jet pumps, Progressive cavity pumps, Sucker rod and Electrical Submissive Pumps), Coiled Tubing Unit, Slick line unit, E line unit.
• Gas and Condensate separation by Slug Catcher and Inlet Separators.
• Gas De-hydration and sweetening, with Amine, TEG and its regeneration system.
• HSE and Operational procedures for onshore projects and offshore operations
• Imparting training to new personnel in preparing them to handle HMI/PLC and field related operations.
• Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Initial Start-up of wells (both self and artificial)
• Troubleshooting of Multistage Pumps, Compressor, Furnaces, and Heat Exchanger & Process Equipment Operation in Day to Day Production activities.
• Create, maintain and monitor - Permit to Work system, Tool box talk, Job Safety Analysis, PM Scheduling and all types of work permits.
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID’s, wiring diagrams and floor plans.
