Professional Experience
I have worked for Royal Mail for 15 years as a Field Support Manager in their IT department. Building servers, installing software, technical issue resolution, and working on major projects.
After leaving Royal Mail I was retrained in SAP Security & Authorisations/GRC/Training. I have worked in this industry now for 10 years and completed many projects both long and short.
Eductation
I was educated at a Grammar School in the UK and leaving with 4 O'Levels. I have a university degree from the Leeds University gaining a 2:1 in Business Computing. I have recently completed the CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) training course.
