•Supervising all travel arrangements for Ministry staff for courses and conferences, as well as handling all procedures relating to visas, luggage and travel insurance

•Providing and processing all souvenirs and shields for conferences, seminars and other events organized for Ministry delegations

•Managing the procurement of all goods, ensuring compliance with the Procurement Systems Standard Finance Manual issued by the Ministry of Finance and managing the sale of assets excluded from Ministry assets in accordance with the systems and procedures in the consolidated financial directory
•Monitoring all incoming and outgoing correspondence as well as procedures for sorting, distribution, transmission methods and system documentation
•Overseeing the Ministry switchboard system and providing the telephone equipment required and supervising building access procedures
