 Responsibility held as the Plant Engineer of entire production plant with handling a team size of more than 200 people
 Working knowledge in SAP production module
 Weekly production planning for various articles of the entire production unit in SAP
 Conducting Stock audit for various raw materials and compounds and comparing variations with SAP
 Conducting daily and weekly production review meetings with supervisors and subcontractors
 Daily warehouse stock checking of entire raw materials and finished goods using SAP software
 Checking daily production reports and setting daily targets
 Reporting the daily production to the Production Manager
 Coordinating with maintenance team for technical issues and preparation of preventive maintenance schedule
 Preparing the weekly shift schedule of supervisors and workers
 Coordinating with the quality team for any quality issues on daily basis
 Despatching the finished goods to central warehouse as per the weekly despatch plan
