Supervision Professional Skills:
A) Provide classroom, workshop, and laboratory instruction to CLIENT trainees and employees. Such instruction shall be provided in a professional and personable manner at both the macro level to the group and the micro level to individual trainees and employees.
B) Follow and enforce all CLIENT rules for safety and discipline including time keeping and dress code.
C) Develop teaching materials, curriculum and procedures as and when required.
D) Prepare and supervise the writing of tests in conformance with CLIENT standards.
E) Invigilate examinations and test papers.
F) Write reports on and prepare assessment profiles for individual trainees and employees as well as for trainees and employee groups.
G) Ensure that classrooms, laboratories, workshops and equipment under his/her charge are maintained in clean and proper order.
