to work for any oil or gas company in inspection & integrity department as plant inspector to do the job as per as international relevant codes and standards.

Plant Inspector
main duties are:
assessing corrosion severity and suggestion solutions according to type of corrosion, location, media handled and temperature as well as compatibility of the material used.
· making painting surveys reports which need painting system selection and painting inspection as per as relevant international standards, certified bgas cswip painting inspector Level 2
· cathodic protection measurement and analysis.
· Pressure vessels, tanks, pipes, valves, exchangers inspection as per as international standards api, some NDT techniques may be used to assess current condition, Written scheme of inspection needs to be referred to. "certified asnt level 2 NDT "
· root cause analysis for equipment failure occurred to study the causes & conditions and how to avoid such failures to occur in future.
· making hydro-test procedure for PVV and attending the test.
· boilers and furnaces inspection then attending hydro-test.
· apci Main cryogenic Heat Exchanger repair by identifying leaking circuits then identifying tube bundles need to be plugged, finally pneumatic test to verify hand-holes aluminium welding.
· millwright specialist
main duties are:
· maintenance of several equipment such as high speed Sundyne compressors, high speed sundyne pumps, centrifugal/ reciprocating/ diaphragm pumps, centrifugal compressors, dry gas seals John Crane & Flowserve, fmc loading arms, psv's and 30" ball valves, alignment, as well as reporting daily and weekly activities.
· investigating problems and overhauling then hydro-testing for heat exchangers, and rotating equipment.
· replacing journal bearings and labyrinth seals for big motors.
· having good understanding of technical document (manuals, pid, technical drawings…etc.) and ability of understanding standards and reporting.
· in addition of that, very good knowledge at start up and shut down of mr, pr, bog compressors, installing dry gas seal, mechanical seal and very keen to investigate equipment failure and breakdown.
