As a supervisor of fix_assets performance department and BCMix project manager, I supervise the maintenance team and the BCMix team to increase the performance of the batching plants.

Duties include:
 Monitoring the work requests and assign the tasks to the maintenance team through the work order, Daily
 Visit to one of the batching plants for optimization, Daily
 Monitoring of the data flow between the different systems (BCMix, LABMix and ERP), Daily
 Manage the preventive maintenance plan for batching plants, Monthly
 Training for the batching plant staff, Quarterly
 Helping the management to:
o Set (What To Do list) for the batching plant staff
o Changing the process of the operation
o Raw material management
 Reporting
o Work order report, submit to the fix_assets performance manager, Weekly
o Transportation, Operators and Drivers performance reports, submit to the general manager Lafarge A&C Iraq, Monthly
o Batching plants performance, submit to Lafarge A&C Iraq General manager, Monthly


BCMix Coordinator


As a senior automation engineer, I’m leading the automation team to perform the installation, commissioning and maintenance of specific automation system for the batching plants.

Duties include:
 BCMix installation
o PLC connection
o PLC program modification
o Software installations
o Commissioning
o Optimization
o Calibration
 Training for the batching plant staff


Beshay Steel
Automation Engineer

One of the team consisting 5 engineers to install the Electrical & Automation systems to the Section Mill production line for the Sponge Iron Steel factory in cooperation with Italian company (DANIELI AUTOMATION)

Duties include:
 Supervise the connection and cable laying groups, Daily
 Coordinate with DANIELI AUTOMATION technical office to implement the automation system to the production line, Daily
 Commissioning and testing the electrical and the automation systems in cooperation with DANIELI AUTOMATION, Daily
 Reporting
o Daily progress report, submit to the electrical section head
