28 years experience in Engineering & Construction stage Quality Assurance & Quality Control with specific knowledge and experience gained in a variety of sectors including; Oil & Gas (on & offshore), Petrochemical, Bio-technology, Pharmaceutical, Power & Nuclear Power, Liquefied Natural Gas and Micro-processing plant, with the last 14 years being spent in EPC & PMC roles.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control, Welding & Materials Engineering, Site Fabrication & Welding Surveillance Welding \Visual Inspection, Painting & Coating Inspection, Non Destructive Testing, Mechanical Testing, HIC Testing, Co-ordination of Worldwide Multi Disciplined Inspection Teams & Third Party Surveillance, Procurement Inspection & Expediting, Pressure Vessel & Static Equipment Inspection, Piping Inspection, Rotating Equipment Vendor Inspection, Pharmaceutical Process Equipment Vendor Inspection, Inspection & Test Plan Preparation & Review, Project Procedure Writing, Engineering & Vendor Documentation Review (Mechanical, Piping, Package, Electrical, Civil & Instrumentation), EPC Contractor QMS Surveillance, Auditing (Internal PMT and External)., Test Pack Review, Validation, System Turnover, Punch List Management & System Walk Down Co-ordination.
Familiar with all relevant international codes & standards (ASME, ANSI, RCC-M, BPE etc) and fully conversant with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment & ATEX Directives.
