Project Procurement Manager

To obtain a Procurement assignment on a major O&G Project.

• Extensive experience in the selection of procurement personnel, preparation of the procurement team for specific Engineering & Construction projects and management of the procurement team’s activities through to project close-out.
• International experience in management and stewardship of EPC Contractors procurement activities on several large-scale projects.
• Widely experienced in the development and implementation of Project Procurement Plans, Strategies and Processes.
• Comprehensive internal customer consulting experience identifying needs and advising on procurement procedures and systems, supplier selection, supplier performance, and supplier development.
• Experience in business improvement and transformation through development, and implementation of global and regional cost-saving initiative programs.
• Proven experience in working with, and reporting to, executive management and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly numerate and computer literate with strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to repeatedly deliver first class customer service.
• Highly adaptable, fast learning, and innovative, with a global mind-set and an entrepreneurial spirit.
