Maintenance of Laboratory and trouble shooting of all lab instruments.

Preservation of Boiler(long Time & Short Time), R.O membranes and UF Membranes..
Effective monitoring of cooling water dosing system and HP & LP Boiler dosing system.
Service and maintenance of PSF, DMF, ACF, and Clarifier.
Boiler passivation, Cooling Tower Cooled passivation and Hot passivation.
Troubles shooting of Boiler water, Steam samples, and condensate water parameters.
Design knowledge in R.O Plant, DM Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant.
TNPL Coal & Bagasse Reconciliation work.
