• Sincere, diligent and focused professional with 2.9 years of overall experience in DCS operation, Chemical process, Control and ETP. Currently spearheading with JSW DOLVI, MAHARASTRA as Operation Engineer (coke oven gas plant).
• Outstanding experience in controlling equipment and process constraints through DCS.
• Prompted rapidly during my carrier through a series of increasing responsibility in the field to current assignment as Engineer in Chemical process and operation.
• Skilled in all aspects of chemical engineering including process computer simulation and equipment design.
• Providing technical expertise, leadership and direction to various work groups.
• Proven ability to use applied research and problem-solving skills for establishing the root cause of any chemical related failure, as well as heading any investigations.
• Hands on experience in handling and control of process equipment like Decanter, Electrostatic tar precipitator, Exhauster, Distillation column, Absorption column, Centrifugal Pumps, Shell and tube Heat exchanger.
• Great communication proficiency, verbal as well as written coupled with exceptional presentation skills with the ability to perform above expectations.
