As Quantity Surveyor
• Expert in estimating budgetary and detailed QTO for civil, structural and architectural drawings.

• Expert in preparing detailed cost breakdown estimate from conceptual, Front End Engineering Design (FEED) to +/- 5% accuracy for material, labor and equipment including all labor effort hours of civil, structural & architectural works; and indirect cost (i.e. profit, overhead, contingencies, manpower, percent escalation, freight, customs duties). References using Richardson Books, Compass International, Engineering Standards or previous project references.
• Prepares cost for planning phase of projects as well as design build proposals. Worked through multiple iterations of feasibility and cost analysis to reach design consensus and execute contracts for construction.
• Expert in preparing Bill of Quantities and Schedule of Prices for major projects after review, collation and quantification from original plans / drawings / specifications issued for tender.
• Validation of cost proposals for contractors and subcontractors.
• Develops estimating methodology, identifying major cost and contingency components, productivity factors and correlating data for accuracy and solid estimate basis.
