-Head Of 100% of the operation and administration of the company handling both manufacturing metalworking projects both within MRP as to the assembly projects abroad.
Contributes to rescue and deliver projects already delayed in asap deliveries to customers.
Along with the sales department I attended existing customers and seek to develop new customers despite the decline in industrial activity in PEMEX Pemex. I attended clients such as SAMSUNG, ISOLUX, PEMEX REFINING, TERNIUM, AQUAPRO, PTARVM, OHL, Ethylene XXI, GROUP HOSTO, ETC. I even started the search for American private industry clients.
I supported Purchasing area of treatment and overall supplier negotiations with savings of up to 10% for the company.
I contribute to solving daily problems of the company in all the areas of the same: administrative, commercial, computer and systems, supplies, etc, because my capacity as legal representative of the same.

-Managing the Sales department in the company to achieve stability in the plant projects so that allows the company to have stability in workload during the whole year to assure the equilibrium point of the company. I was in charge of the annual sales but in a monthly operation bases. I was responsible for projects area, to review their planning and deliver them on time personally attending to each of the customers in case of problems. Currently four project engineers under my responsibility.

-Under my umbrella responsibility are all the operative areas of the Company. Four managers and two chiefs report to me directly. (130 persons between labor and white collar).. Apart of that, now a days I΄m doing close support to our work team doing the erection phase in Pemex, Cangrejera for one of the big ovens made by Axis. Daily interaction with Customers and Subcontractors. I report directly to the General Director and once a month to the Board of the Company.
