I Mr. K. S. Rajmane did Post Graduation in Instrumentation & Control Engineering having 24 years of experience in Basic Design and Detailed Engineering, Installation, Testing, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning & Cost Estimation in Instrumentation and Control System department for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power, Utility & Off sites and experience in Pump & Valve Manufacturing Industry.

Worked from Jan. 2013 to Mar, 2015 as a “LEAD INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL ENGINEER” in “M/S NAMA MOTT MACDONALD LTD. ABU DHABI”.

And has the exposure on the following Areas.-

GENERAL –
Familiar with the following Working Area’s –
• Field Instruments,
• Control & Safety System (DCS, Safety Instrumentation System AND F&G System),
• Instrument Construction Area’s.
• Experience on EPC / EPCM / PMC Projects including Review of tender document, understanding the project, its requirement & its scope for PMC, LSTK & EPCM Projects and accordingly prepared the planning & execution based on project schedule.
• Experience in Basic Design & Detail Engineering, Installation, Testing, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning, & Cost Estimation for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power and Utility & Off-site Projects and Manufacturing experience in Pump & Valve Manufacturing Unit etc.
• Handled more than 30 tender Documents.
• Design, Engineering & Cost estimation has been done for both Gross root & Brownfield Projects.
• Familiar with “Intool”, Flowell & Instrucal sizing Software.
• Familiar with DCS/ESD/F&G PLC.
• Familiar with Large scale, Multistage Centrifugal & Reciprocating compressors & their control & safety system including Bently Nevad’s Temp. & Vibration monitoring system.
• Participated in Hazop & SIL Study for Oil & Gas Industry including all process unit, Amine Treatment Unit, Gas Sweetening unit, De-hydrated unit, GTG Package, Turbo-expander & Re-compressor, etc.
• FEASIBILITY STUDY –
• Visited client’s site offices for Feasibility study for M/S IOCL Digboi, Guwahati, & Barauni Project sites.

• Got EXPOSURE in the following Area’s like in “INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, RELATED TO PROJECT MANAGEMENT” etc.
