My group consisted of 7 persons working on a full management plan for one of the DETAC projects in Egypt. It was ''Parcel 15'' in MIVIDA at New Cairo. MIVIDA is owned by EMAAR MASR. For parcel 15 it consists of 185 villa with a contract value of 145,000,000 LE.

We made a Quantity surviving , planning, Scheduling, Time and Cost analysis, Time and Cost control. We also made plans for Quality, Communication, Risk and Safety plan .
