„« Operation, Maintenance & Trouble shooting of HT & LT switch gear equipments & , 2000, 1500, 500 KVA Transformers, 11KV switchyard, HT/ LT panels ,Turbine control panel , Metering & Synchronising Panels , AVR, NGR , SC , CT & PT Panel, Protective Relay panels, Battery charger panel, Electro Static Precipitators(ESP), Rapper control panels, Ash conveying System.

„« Maintenance of 66KV/11KV Substation.

„« Job Completion as per the maintenance schedule.

„« Working in SAP for generation and closing of different notifications, for raising PR, to see stock overview, Issuing material, Power booking etc.

„« Maintaining the minimum inventory.

„« Coordinating with KPTCL/Plant Officers for monthly power billing/accountability

„« Attending all the problems in shift duty with in the time frame to ensure minimum downtime of the Equipment/Plant

„« Coordination of Daily Coordination Committee.

„« Carrying out thermography in the plant on monthly basis/need basis for rectifying different problems in Electrical/Mechanical Equipments, Leakages/Heat losses etc.

„« Conducting monthly breakdown meeting for analysis and preventive action of breakdowns occurred.
„« Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of VFD Drives (Siemens, ABB,) and DC drives (ABB, Kirloskar, siemens), Soft starters (AB, Siemens), SCR controllers, Rectifiers, AC and DC motors, EOT Crane, Air Compressors,ETP,STP & DM Plant.

„« Preparation of SLD, Sizeing of Cables & Switch gears, Liaisoning with contractors, Getting & Finalising the Quotation.


„« Preparation of Daily power generation & Consumption Reports, Fault occurrence & Analysis Reports

„« Manage the personnel posted to work under me including their performance, appraisal and discipline.

„« PR rising, Spare management, ensuring availability of tools and maintaining equipment history in SAP.


„« PLC programming, understand and upload and download the PLC programme.
