QA/QC Engineer

A chellenging QA/QC Role in oil and gas

• Self motivated, result oriented, Multi disciplined QA/QC Engineer with 14 (8 years in UAE) years of comprehensive experience in the oil & gas and Energy sector with proven technical capability.
• ASNT Level 3 in RT, UT, MT& PT with Excellent knowledge and skills in Non destructive testing.
• CSWIP 3.1 qualified welding inspector with good knowledge of various welding processes, engineering materials.
• ARAMCO approved inspector for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, NDE &General mechanical
• Diploma holder in Metallurgical engineering (sandwich) in the year 1997.
• IRCA approved Lead auditor course in QMS ISO 9001:2008 from intertek/TSi.
• Conversant with stage wise inspection of Pressure vessels heat exchangers, piping, structure and gas processing skids.
• Good knowledge of International codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, ASNT, AWS, BS, EN, etc.
• Involved in ISO & ASME document preparation & auditing.
• Arranging WPSs, conduct PQR and WPQ tests, renewal of welder qualifications.
• Preparing inspection & test plans, method statements and QC procedures.
• Carrying out blasting and painting inspection
• Preparation of NCR & NCR logs, administering corrective actions.
• Ensuring project specification/ code requirements are met for all jobs.
• Document writing skills and final dossier preparation.
• Good computer skills in MS office, outlook.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
