QA/QC Welding Engineer

 Preparation of raw materials for fabrication according to drawing requirements.
 In process inspection of various components of pressure vessel, Structures, Pipes, Heat exchanger, Nuclear Reactor, Columns and beams.
 Review of material documentation before welding.
 Checking of procedure & performance qualification.
 Inspection of daily welding activities Visual examination and surveillance etc.,
 Ensuring the calibration of measuring instruments.
 Inspection of incoming materials (As a material inspector)/Co-ordination with Client.
 Preparations of weld map and weld summary list.
 Study of applicable drawings and specifications.
 Review of Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Implementation.
 Inspection of material before fabrication Spools as per approved Drawing & Specification.
 Witnessing Welding Procedure Qualification & Welder Qualification.
 Review of the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), WQT, Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) as per Specifications and standards for different materials
 Equipment calibration records, Welding control Records, etc.
 NDT coordination with Reviewing Test reports.
 Studying the project materials sections and for production by required WPS with Relevant to sec. IX, API-1104, AWS D1.1and AWS D1.3 and ASME Sec V 31.1,31.3,31.4 & 31.8
 For Executing the jobs referring with international Standards and Codes such as ASME, API, and AWS & ASNT Saudi Aramco.
 Conversant with various welding process such as SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW.
 Preparing the summary list of the Qualified welders.
 Prepare Welding Inspection summary report.
 Preparation of Mechanical completion Dossiers as per contract details.
 Review the final QC Dossier/Inspection Records and handing over to Client.

i have completed B.E - Mechanical Engineering,and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

i have completed Certification Scheme Welding Inspection Personnel 3.1 and American Society of Non Destructive Testing Level II.
