 Experience in FIELD/ DCS Operations of refinery Utilities, including

 Nitrogen (1250 Nm3/hr GAN + 650 Nm3/hr LIN) and Air (Plant and Instrument) Generation (6000 Nm3/hr, 3000 Nm3/hr)
 MED Desalination Plant (2x800 m3/hr) and Potable Water System (100 m3/hr)
 Demineralization Plant (2x312 m3/hr) and Condensate Recovery Unit (2x160m3/hr)
 Cooling Tower (Induced Draft Cross Flow), Sweet Cooling and Tempered Water
 Fuel Oil and Fuel Gas supply and storage system
 Fresh Caustic Preparation and Spent Caustic Treatment Unit
 Natural gas supply system

 Commissioning of Natural gas supply system
 Actively involved in shutdown and start up of Utilities during mega shutdown in September-October 2011.

Project Planning & Execution
 Anchoring on-site plant expansion activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
 Participated Commissioning & Pre-Commissioning activates of Natural Gas skit.
 Familiar with P & ID’s, Drawings & Documentations Preparation of PFD’s and review of P&ID’s
 Enhancing motivation levels of all workers on site to achieve timely completion of the task at hand.

Maintenance Operations
 Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
 Control valve box up, loop & logic checking’s done with instrument department.
 Participating in safety meetings, ensuring proper housekeeping of unit and safety practices during operation.
 Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment’s through application of trouble shooting tools.

SHE/ Compliance
 Providing active direction in securing & continually improving safety & environment of the factory.
 Generating awareness amongst the workers on safety and hygiene aspects.
 Train the new employees & make them aware about all established safety rules and regulations.
