Nitrogen Unit Operator
• Set-up and Maintain Nitrogen Unit as needed per Customers request.
• Conduct Safety and Operational Check of Unit and Location Prior to Pumping High Pressure Nitrogen into Gas/Oil Wells and Pipelines.
• Maintain continuous operation of Unit for periods of 12 hours and up to 60 days at a time as needed per Customers needs.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs to Unit as needed before, during and after operation.
• Assemble Personnel and conduct a (JSA) Job Safety Analysis meeting to address safety/ hazards that may be present and what corrective actions or evacuations to enact if needed.
• Gather detailed information of Well pressures and Storage Tank levels then compile into an email report per each shift and send to respective company personnel for analysis.
• Contact Oil and Water Haulers during shifts and coordinate transport of fluids for sales.
