Expertise in areas of Welding procedure qualifications, Preparation of ITP, Project specific procedures for EPC projects, Method statements & Maintenance of QMS system. Review of Vendor documents and carry supplier evaluation audits and CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector.

Also having experience in ASME coded pressure vessel manufacturing, attended ASME Joint reviews, preparation and implementation of Quality manual.

Good knowledge & interpretation of international codes like ASME Section II, section V, Section VIII Div 1, Section IX & ASME B31.1 & 31.3. Attended various shut down works in oil & gas sector, inspection and maintenance of static equipments, valve refurbishment, Hot-Tapping and other Tie-In works.

Involved in structural fabrication & installation works including Nuclear power projects and sound knowledge in AWS D1.1 & D1.6

Fully conversant with client specifications like Gasco DGS, EIL Specifications, McDermott, ONGC, ADMA etc, EU directives PED 97/23/EC etc.
