Possess extensive twenty five (25) years of progressive Marine and Oil and Gas Upstream and downstream engineering and construction experiences in rendering project management planning services for both Oil Operators and contractors in multicultural and diversified workforce environment spanning MIDDLE EAST and FAR EAST.

The experiences acquired summarized as follow but not limited to:-
• Rendering overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise.
• Critical Path Analysis planning techniques and preparation of appropriate planning reports.
• Method of effective presentation of planning reports.
• Delay analysis, forecasting techniques and information
• Expert in Schedule Risk analysis using Primavera Risk Analysis

In addition, I have sound appreciation of the followings:-
• Project Construction Management, Project Cost control, Project General Contract Matters, Project Material Control and logistics, Project Coordination and Administration.
