•Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities of a petrochemical plant (Polypropylene Plant- Ineos Technology).
•Process automation jobs like Sequence and logic checking, DCS/PLC graphics development, Loop checking and Interlock logic checking.
•Detailed Engineering including Mass Balance, Energy Balance, Developing PFD, P&ID Reviews, 3D model review.
•Knowledge of FEED, Basic Engineering Package, Detail Engineering, EPCC, PMC.
•Process improvements, troubleshooting in Polypropylene Plant.
•Handling EPCC, Project related work, Maintaining Licensing document and Process Design Package (PDP).
•Preparing and reviewing of standard operating procedure (SOP).
•Experience in DCS and PLC operation in Honeywell and Simens.
•Certified DCS/ PLC logic (Process automation) by JRD TATA Automation Centre, Pune.
•Experience in Erection and Construction of Polypropylene Plant.

•Trained in various Fire and Safety programme arranged by organisation. Including Emergency Response Plan, Fire Fighting, Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis.
•Plant and Process Safety during commissioning.
•Conducting various Process and Safety training to all level in the plant.
