Condition Monitoring Engineer

Condition Monitoring of Mechanical & Electrical equipments like rolling mills, Motor, Gearboxes, Turbines, Pumps, Compressors, Blowers, Fans, EOT Cranes and using Vibration analysis, Oil analysis, Thermography, WDA & Ultrasonic Sound Test etc.

„« Vibration Analysis (Single Channel and Dual Channel)
1. Collection of data in Field by using vibration analysers.
2. Analyse the data at site and provide maintenance recommendations for prior corrective actions
3. Prepare detail vibration analysis report at office, which meets as per ISO standards.
4. Provide (Single Plane) dynamic balancing to reduce the vibration of Fans and Blowers & shop balancing for impellers due to Unbalance.
5. For New Plants Commissioning Creating the machinery data base of the plant in the condition monitoring software.
6. Machine categorization according to criticality and schedule preparation
7. Proficient in usage of CSI-2130 dual channel analyser and RBM view software.

„« Thermography (Electrical and Mechanical components)
1. Infrared thermography to observed healthiness of high tension power transmission line like 11Kv, 220KV and 420Kv
2. Preparing report according to emissivity ISO standards
3. Determining condition of mechanical components like Furnace recractory linings, Bearings, Gearboxes etc.

„« Oil Analysis of all types of Oils (Hydraulic, Lube, Gear oil and Grease)
1. Checking viscosity and chemistry of oil samples
2. Checking NAS class of oil sample accoutring to standards
3. Ferrous and non-ferrous contamination checking of all types of oil

„« Ultrasonic Sound Test of Mechanical Equipments & Switchyards,
„« WDA (Wear Debris Analysis)
„« Static and Law Speed Dynamic Balancing (Situ and shop)
