•Managing the operations group in the main office to close out all the commissioning and start-up deliverables.
•Closing out all Instrumentation and Control (I&C) system commissioning procedures.
•Finalizing all I&C systems and subsystems.
•Building the loop checking program.
•Responsible for review of project designs and recommendation of changes to design in regards to safety and operability.
•Identifying and ordering all the commissioning and start-up spares.
•Leading the pre-commissioning and commissioning effort to get the Inlet Air Chiller system, 3 BOG Compressors and one Liquefied Natural Gas Tank ready for Train 1 performance test.
•Responsible of the electrical and instrumentation pre-commissioning scope of all six refrigeration compressors for Train 2 including liaising with GE – Nuovo Pignone to achieve early first crank, false fire, first fire and mechanical runs ahead of schedule.
•Successfully finishing testing the safety interlocks to put Train 1 in service; mainly for the refrigeration compressors – Ethylene, Methane and Propane.
•Completing the Cause and Effects testing on Train 1 required for first cargo.
•Fixing the I&C scoped drawings.
•Assisting the I&C team in loop checking in Train 1.
•Improving the process of loop checking and interlock testing by refining quality.
•Writing all Instrumentation and Control System commissioning procedures.
•Identifying systems and subsystems.
•Scoping all the I&C systems and subsystems.
•Witnessing Factory Acceptance tests for the GE Mark VI, Integrated Control and Safeguarding system and the ultrasonic flow meters.
•Providing technical input, counsel on I&C issues during early design phase.
•Extensive progressive work experience in specialty and technical knowledge of start-up and plant operations.
•Preparing and implementing a plan to complete all start-up requirements of prime contract.
•Responsible for performing per schedule and budget.
•Extensively managing to incorporate the pre-commissioning and commissioning schedule into the project schedule.
•Building the I&C level 5 pre-commissioning and level 3 commissioning schedules.
