Controling the perameters wellhead and PD compresor operation

• Gas/Condensate Wells Operation and Control, Pipeline Network and Gathering Stations, Wells Work Overs & Downhole Jobs, Periodic BHP surveys & WGR Testing.
o Fire & gas monitoring and shut-down system, PLC/ HMI based centralized controlling &monitoring.
o Horizontal/vertical slug Catchers, scrubbers, Filter coalescer, three phase separator.
o UOP designed thermally regenerative adsorption system, packed bed adsorption system.
o Gas turbines and Engines; Variable frequency drive motors, PD and centrifugal Compressors. Power generation and Plant utilities.
o Dew point control by Joule-Thompson effect; Condensate and produced water handling disposal and transportation
o Corrosion inhibition of flow lines and their Dewatering/Batch pigging activities.
o Well Testing and preparing test reports.
o Gas sweetening by UOP membrane system.
o Well head and Facility Gas Compression System with Positive Displacement Compressors.
o Gas Metering, On-line Wellhead and Front End Compression.
o Good knowledge of Waukesha Engine Ariel compressor , and Ajax 2804 ,2803 Engine and Compressor.
o Gas sampling via Welker Sampler.
o Gas lines pigging.
o Cathodic Protection through ICCP rectifiers,
o A fair awareness of DCS, PLC and SCADA Systems.
o Ensuring full compliance of Permit to Work Systems.
o Planning and coordinating the Plant annual turn around activities in a supporting role.
o Adhering to strict HSE standards, participating in JSA’s, Risk Assessments. Well Familiar Near Miss/Hazard/incident & Accident reporting.
o Water Injection and Disposal System.
o Responsible for Identifying and troubleshooting process/ equipment upsets through condition monitoring tools in my area of responsibility.
