To manage SAP implementation Projects leading a cross functional/technical team.

• More than 14 years of SAP experience in implementation as well as support activities. I have been working for IBM India for more than 9 years.
• For the last 1 year working on Oil & Gas related Project. Aware of the major upstream processes related to this industry with emphasis on Plant Maintenance.
• More than 4 years in Energy & Utilities Practise area where I have worked in both Water(Severn Trent Water,UK) as well as Power(nPower,UK) industry implementations. Performed as an onsite Senior Consultant as well as an offshore delivery Manager.Worked in the SAP IS-U area while working for the nPower SMART implementation and am familiar with the business processes in the UK power industry.
• More than 9 years of domain experience in Operations & Maintenance, Manufacturing, Steel and Utility sectors.
• Strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance Module & Enterprise Asset Management(EAM) which happens to be my core area as well the integration points of SAP PM with other modules such as PP, FI/CO, MM, QM, SRM & HR with exposure to Fleet Management also.
• Possess good knowledge of the business processes and its mapping in SAP of areas such as Preventive & corrective maintenance, Test equipment calibration, Plant Shutdown using revisions, Refurbishment & Permit processes. CATS process for recording time.
• Worked extensively on Interfaces of SAP with external systems such as Target, Netbase, Arcinfo(GIS) and ClickSchedule & Primavera. I possess considerable expertise in WFM(Work Force Management).
• In the MM area I am familiar with the procurement process, External services management and the PR/PO approval process by implementing Release strategy using Class/Characteristics.
• Worked on 5 full cycle SAP implementations and also posesses considerable expertise in supporting SAP applications working at client site as well as from offshore.
• Possess good client interfacing skills and managed a team of 30 onsite & offshore resources.
• Possess good leadership qualities and have been managing a team of Functional and technical consultants supporting Processes in the area of IS-U, Production Planning, Purchasing & Materials management, Sales & Distribution, Plant Maintenance, Finance and Controlling. As a Project Manager I have been responsible for team building, mentoring, resource planning, coordination, Knowledge sharing etc.
