Having 3.5 years of experience with Shutdown & Turnaround maintenance Activities in Petro-Chemical plants & in Oil & Gas Refinery.

• Prepare Shutdown packages as per job scope.
• Prepare Organization chart.
• Prepare Manpower & Equipment Histograms.
• Prepare Work Method of statement along with execution team.
• To be a focal point for my management & client.
• To identify the critical path & risks of the projects and advise the project team accordingly.
• Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports.
• Preparation of JOB Work file and distributing the same as per responsible supervisor.
• Follow up material list before the execution of job.
• Submit Daily head count to the respective clients during execution.
• To interact with clients, vendors & contractors at site as a focal point.
• Weekly/Daily project updating.
• Coordinate with project manager the effective implementation and monitoring of look ahead schedule.
• Allocating manpower (trade wise) to the requirement. Monitoring manpower mobilization and demobilization.
• Taking and issuing weekly look ahead plans to all disciplines.
• Calculate Actual Cost for the project.
• Reports to the Management the status of project progress against the plan schedule and provides corrective actions/Delay reasons necessary if the planned schedule is not achieved.
• Job Closeout reports submission.
