Job description for roustabout hand is to set compressors, set separators, set lines per pumper request, change out valves per pumper request. Wellhead change outs. maintain field to its optimal working order. Responsibilities were to maintain safety of others and responsibly repair or troubleshoot, maintain tank gauges.  Responsibilities for a Production Tech II are to maintain and gauge tanks, for oil and disposal water. Check integrity of the line daily, and well head, monitor pressure and troubleshoot the wells, heater treaters and FWKO's (free water knock out) separators, and water plant. Change out valves and dump controllers on all equipment in the field as and when it’s needed. Confined space entry. Conduct mechanical integrity tests by pressuring up to 300lbs and hold for 15 minutes. Responsible for compressor startups and shut downs. Maintain batteries in a safe manner. I am familiar with lact units and proving of lacts. I am familiar with total flow and auto pilot and chart meters. I am familiar with skimming oil from the surface of water tanks. I am familiar with the running of a water plant with a quintaplex, and triplex. I am Familiar with lock out tag out of compressors, wells and water plants. I schedule preventative maintenance with mechanics on our compressors. I am familiar with injection line pressures and chokes. I am familiar with collecting samples of co2 and grind outs of oil. I collect data for p-gas. I was a relief for new drill and daily data entry for a total of 15 fields. I am familiar with flowing wells, plunger lift wells, ESP or submersible wells, beam pumping units, I am familiar with shooting fluid levels, well tests, and propane for back up.  I am familiar with vapor recovery units (VRU), naturally occurring radioactive materials (NORM).
