Maintenance Engineer with 5 year experience in Wireline and Perforation department of Halliburton

Seeking Professional challenging opportunities in Oil Industry in the field of Electronic tool Maintenance, Instrumentation, Wireline Operations or equivalent field jobs in a globally managed organization on rotational basis.

Role:
Involved in full operation, repair and maintenance of all related equipment’s, down hole tools and software’s for smooth functioning of Wire line Logging unit at different Indian ONGC locations.

Maintenance of Halliburton LOGIQ systems including Cased Hole Interface Panel (CHIP), Shooting Panel, Kerr Panel, Measuring head, Power Panel, Rack Mounted Computer (RMPC), Thermal Printers and Sondex tools (card level as well as component level).

Calibration and configuration of tools. Some of the tools include Fluid Density Radioactive Tools, Gamma Ray Tools, Casing Collar Locators, Capacitance Water Holdup, Temperature, and Spinner Flow meters, Quartz Pressure Crystal tools, Telemetry controllers, Centralizers, Sonic Cement Bond tools, etc.

Know and abide to the Company’s HSE standards, Prepare Journey Management form whenever we leave for Rig Site

Follows Stop work authority as it’s our company standard.

Completing Preventive Maintenance 1 every month for Downhole tools.

Completing Preventive Maintenance 2 after every 6 months as per schedule.

Attend and Repair the Downhole tools during breakdown time at ONGC Lab as well as at the Rig site.

Conducting the Service quality meeting as per schedule in which the Repair activity and PM activity done in past 6 months will be discussed.

I have pursued my BTech degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from MG university, Kerala, India with 74 percentage.

Certificate got for Completing the SONDEX Maintenance Engineer training.

Received the "JOB WELL DONE APPLAUSE" certificate from Halliburton.
