Preparation of monthly financial statement and management reports.
Integration of Supplier Invoices to SAP FI module from own ERP system. Preparation of local and foreign suppliers’ payments.
Preparation of yearly budget & forecast.
Fixed Assets Accounting, tagging the asset cards and periodical verification of fixed assets.
Maintain Fixed Register and Obsolete Register. Ensure the fixed assets movements are as per the Group Company guidelines.
Preparation of Debit and Credit Notes for Quality Rework Issues.
Accounts Receivable’s aging analysis and follow up.
Reconciliation of bank, Vendor & customers ledger accounts
Assist in external Auditing
Ensure the processed cost documents are accounted properly on responsible cost centres and Cost units.
Participate and contribute in monthly and weekly finance meeting on analysis, reports and improvement on management information process.
Follow the instructions of group company guidelines in processing the financial documents and reports.
Ensure the cut off dates are respected for systematic information flow.
Report to Head of Finance and Controlling as and when required.

MBA from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India.
B.Com from University of Calicut, India.

SAP - Actively Involved in SAP FICO Roll out phase,Currently working in SAP FICO module.
COGNOS Controller - Good working knowledge in consolidation works.
Microsoft Navision - Good working Knowledge.
TALLY - Good working Knowledge.
MS Office - Good working knowledge in spreads sheets, word and power presentations
