2. Worked as a Shift Engineer in ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility I & II
ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility is major part of the Petroleum Administration for Defense. It has completed the Commissioning and startup of a new 10000-bpd crude distillation unit. Commissioning of the State-of-the-art distillation unit is a major milestone in the refinery Upgrading Project designed to overcome the requirement in future.
I have participated as a shift Engineer in Pre-commissioning, commissioning and Master Startup of EPRF CDU Unit.
Work under following responsibility:
Involved in CDU Commissioning activities like PSSR (Pre-Start up safety review), Leak, Pressure tests, Hydraulic test witnessing, Nitrogen inerting, Checklists & Punch listing etc
Plan and Execute turnaround Activities.
Supervise all operating works in CR.
Prepare Production Report and Operating Procedures.
Ensure all compliances of HSE.
To monitor and control all the Parameters through DCS and to execute the Whole.
