Instrument Air (15000 Nm3/hr ) and Plant Air ( 6000 Nm3/hr )
Ultra Filtration Plant ( 4000 m3/hr )
De Minerlisation Plant ( 320 m3/hr )
Cooling Tower ( 4000*34 m3/hr )
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-ordinating with the overall plant for the effective running of plant with zero break down conditions
Safety Maintain precautions as per safety norms.
As Per the lab analysis reports maintaining cooling tower, DM Plant parameters.
Regeneration of resin columns.
Regeneration of Dryers.
Regeneration of membranes.
Changing over of Dryers, Pumps and Compressors.
Start up and Shut down of Plants.
Take over the charges from reliever.
Follow plant safety rules
Check for any abnormalities and proper rectification
Mark log entries at the prescribed time
Attend equipments requiring frequent checking
.
