Key Results
- Spearheaded the FI Coding Process system migration(Legacy SAP to GSAP) for
downstream business
- Managed to process 20,000 invoices per month with low percentage of errors (no
committed error for the month of June, 2015 and consistently on the top three
employees with lowest errors)
- Conducted a cost saving project in which communications was relied vendors to
change payment method from check to ACH wire payment in the system
- Completed ad hoc task of continuous improvement in the process
