With 8 years of experience on various projects in Oil & Gas industry, I am a competent in process/thermal design, plant commissioning and start-up and identification of current production issues and bottlenecks. During my professional career I provided process/technical engineering support for different kinds of process in Oil & Gas industry:
• Natural gas dehydration (TEG dehydration & Dew point unit)
• Natural gas compression
• Amine treatment
• Glycol & amine regeneration
• Propane refrigeration
• Crude oil stabilization
• NGL fractionation
• Recovery of C3/C4

Working under British and Canadian management has provided me with the opportunity to develop engineering skills and ability to lead of process engineering team, using western methods for quality control in design and construction. I have a deep knowledge and certification with different process simulation software such as Aspen Hysys, Aspen Hysys Amines, Aspen EDR, Prosim, and drafting software CAD, piping ISO’s, P&ID’s, and well familiar with western design codes including ASME, ANSI, ASTM, API etc.
In additional to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid educational foundation and a passion for maximizing control efficiency, productivity and profitability.

Primary responsibilities:

• Supervision of process group to support field operations on two facilities (GPF & LPG plant) to be sure that process is carried out in accordance with the design requirements, company policy and safety regulations
• Participants in the the plant commissioning and startup operations
• Process monitoring and identification of current production issues and bottlenecks
• Participates in the development of operating philosophies, commissioning procedures HAZOP, FEED
• Creating and maintains operation and process documentation, PFD's, P&ID's, process control procedures, design basis procedures.
• Providing process simulation and thermal design
• Creating and maintains Material Balance reports
• Work with purchasing, vendors, maintenance, contractors, operators, and other team members to complete project
