QAQC Engineer Mechanical

Looking for a challenging assignments as QAQC Engineer Mechanical with a growth-oriented organization

• Preliminary inspection to check the present condition of Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Heaters, Reactors, Reformers, Drums, Fin fan coolers and other such static equipments.
• Review of WPS/PQR/WPQ and all NDT Procedures to meet the site quality requirements.
• Direction of the NDT crews for Ultrasonic Thickness survey, UT Scan, DPT, MPI and advanced NDTs (ECT, IRIS, MFL, ToFD, Metallography, PRT, Boroscopic Inspection etc., as applicable) and review of NDT reports for correctness and completeness.
• Inspection of PSV, Valves and witnessing the hydrotest and preparing the reports as per client requirements.
• Witness of Hydrotest, Pneumatic test, , Fluorescent test etc., as per procedure and reporting the results to client.
• Witness of Magnetic Flux Leakage, Holiday Test (Internal Lining), Vacuum box test for tank bottom plate welds.
• Preparation of the final reports as per Client requirements includes all activities performed, repairs carried out & recommendations of the equipment.
