Make monthly and weekly Production Plan, Planning and controlling the production process, follow up on production process in order to achieve the target

- target.
- Run Master Production Schedule, Material Requirement Plan, Purchase Request Approval, and Production Order.



Making Optimum Utilization for all Recourses (Machines, Man Power, Raw Material). --

Raising monthly production plan and follow it up

- Raising monthly reports about rating and evaluation of production

- Raising daily report about final situation of production

- Raising weekly, monthly reports about production Performance.

- Bottom nick must be solved via extremely known causes of it so report has been issued that contain all data ( cost –
Manpower) required.

- follow up monthly and weekly preventive maintenance especially medium voltage insulation line

- follow up all process in all type of cable.
- Follow up the safety stock - SSP - & demand point (Inventory Control) for all outfits of cable contents

- Raising report for contract review (CR) from sales department to know delivery date of a certain type of cable.

- Product mix has been provided to select products to minimize setting time.

- Hold cables ( L.T+ H.T + M. T)on the shop flow must be loading on a new job orders

- Oracle program has been provide to know all material needed for manufacturing and in process cable follow up

- Making data base concerning production and quality control.

- Raising weekly report about non standard length for any type of cable and make corrective action for reasons of that problem and traceability has been done

- Raising daily report for work in process' WIP' for all cable on shop floor
