JOB SUMMARY  Overhauling and repairs of all kinds of equipment like air compressor,gearbox,assembling and disassembling of equipment,replacement of mechanical seal, troubleshooting and maintenance of machiniries.

1. Install machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints and other drawings at construction/engineering site using hoist, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools.
2. Dismantles assembly of bearings, oil seals, pulleys, couplings, shifts, cluthes, brakes, gearbox, chain and electric motors. Moves machinery and equipment, using hoist, rollers and trucks. Assembles and install equipment such as shafting, conveyors, railing, motors, pumps using hand and powertools.
3. Aligns machines and equipment using hoist, jacks, handtools, squares, rules, micrometer. Vernier caliper combination and plumb bobs. Assembles machines and blots, welds, rivets or otherwise fastens them to foundation or other structure using hand and powertools. Determines clearances, calibrate and adjust.
4. Fabricating all types of mechanical tools related to mechanical works.
5. Complies with, at all times, with all Company safety procedures.
6. Preparation of foundation surface, levelling plate installation,erection and alignment of equipment.
7. Preparation of tools and equipment on different mechanical activities on site.
8. Erection,levelling,centering and alignment of steam turbine two(2)unit.
9. Installation and assembly of finpan main air cooler condenser.
10. Install tray inside the vessel
11. Attends training course, seminars, etc. as required by the Company
