Senior PACO Designer (Process Automation and Control Optimisation)

To achieve career height in Control & Instrumentation design, Project and Engineering Management.

•Liaise with clients to determine CADding scope of work from concept to detailed Engineering
•Co-ordination of other designer personnel as per job assignment
•Cross checking deliverables from CAD personnel to ascertain quality, uniform and standard drawings;
•Production of standard templates in relation to QA/QC and SPDC standards.
•Refer to relevant DEP’s (Design Engineering Practice Manual) where there is conflict in engineering drawing practice and standards.
•Creating work schedule among PACO designers to suit clients for prompt delivery
• Production of standard templates in relation to PACO deliverables especially Hook-Up/Loop drawings
•Ensures proper pen colour coding as per drawing mark-up and CADding.
•Preparation of weekly work report to PACO Lead (Principal Engineer).
•Receives CADding orders from Team Leads and prepare CTRs for delivery.
•Attend design review and HAZOP meetings
•Use of PDMS in modeling of equipments, Cable tray and routes, Hook-up drawings for green and brown field projects.
•Site visitation and Detailed Instrumentation and Electrical As-Built drawings- Pneumatic Instrument loop drawings; electronic instrument loop drawings; Instrument cable termination drawings; junction box layout drawings; Logic drawings; Alarm and shutdown matrix diagrams; Robertshaw panel layout drawings of Agbada 1 and 2, Obigbo North, Imo river 1,2 and 3, Nkali, Obelle, Isimiri, Ughelli East and West and Utorogu flow stations; Utorogu and Sapele gas plants; Agbada 1, Imo river 2 and 3, Nkali Booster stations; Agbada 2 and Obigbo AGG and NAG Plants. Western Swamp locations: Opukushi, Benisede, Tunu, Ogbotobo, Otumara, Diebu Creek, Nun-River, Oloma and Ubie flowstations; Belema flowstation and gas plant.
