• IRCA certificated Lead QMS Auditor (ISO 9001), EMS Auditor (ISO 14001) and OHSAS 18001. I am conversant of International Standards. I am conversant with the testing procedures in construction industry. Completed Diploma in Contracts Management.
• Developing/ monitoring the implementation of Company Quality Manual, Project Quality Plan, Project Safety Plan, QA/QC systems and Operational procedures, Delivery Schedules, multi-disciplinary Inspection & Test Plans, and Method Statements etc.
• Implementing QA/ QC procedures, Total Quality Management principles and checks; inclusive of conducting Audits to ensure adherence to Quality and Safety norms across the entire course of project execution.
• Conducting Construction Quality Awareness / Performance Improvement Training to all levels of company staff and Technical Site Construction training for Site team to enhance skills and motivational levels.
