Project Planning, scheduling & control based on master plan using MSP 2007 planning tool.
Provide a concrete schedule to achieve targets.
Prepare a concrete schedule to meet the deadlines set by client.
Provide the full material kit / Resources to avoid hurdles in fabrication.
Track whole project through CPM.
Prepare Hold / Witness point schedule on weekly basis to customers for all running projects.
Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule.
Calculate the takt time and productivity.
Planning of the material delivery schedule for the fabrication jobs
Generating Daily Progress Report and Weekly Progress Report with Manpower & Equipment Status
Arrange & Manage all resources like Man, Material & machine to keep project in streamline.
Estimation of Manpower Requirement for the Project based on standard productivity norms.
Monitoring of actual resources availability & analysis using Histogram
Coordinate with direct customer, end user for project progress, hurdles etc.
Responsible for making and maintaining inspection report and clearance for international & domestic project.
Ensure the availability of all the consumable items from store.
Dispatch the product after checking all the reports of various tests performed.
Finalizing the Documents formats and Billing Procedure with the client Project Control Team
