Served as Desk Expeditor to meet the Project deliverables within stipulated period, as per the client’s requirements for the Rotating and Static equipments – Pumps, Heat Exchangers and Package equipment; Also involved in the Pre-ordering co-ordinations and Post order expediting to speed up the deliveries.

PROJECT: WOODSIDE PLUTO, AUSTRALIA; FROM JUNE-2009 TO AUG-2009
Involved as a Desk Expeditor for the pumps & valve orders and co-ordinated in Close-out of the required engineering documents with various international suppliers, prior to deliveries

PROJECT: SHELL-MEG, SINGAPORE; FROM AUG-2007 TO MAY-2009 [Project cost: USD3.0Billions]
I have served as a Key Expeditor for the SHELL-MEG Project (Both Desk & Field Expediting activities) and responsible for the expediting, Inspection co-ordination and shipment of all the Static, Rotating equipments especially Pumps and various types of valves as per the required specifications and standards to meet the site activities. Also involved in the close-out of engineering documents before recommending for the supplier’s payments i.e., after the complete deliveries. Co-ordinated with the client for their E-SPIR documentation (SPIR-Spare Parts Interchangeability Record) especially in pumps & valves orders.
