Procurement Manager

My current objective is to work in the Oil & Gas / Construction sectors in a Worldwide Corporation using my past Procurement experience and gaining an added value to my career path.

I have 15 years of wide experience in the Procurement Field, specifically in Commercial part related to the EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) at both Local and international levels. My work as Procurement Manager at ENPPI supported me to have a global and wide experience in the buy-out process for most of the Packages and Commodities used in the Oil & Gas projects.
I am Expert in all stages associated with Project Procurement activities starting from receiving the MRQ (Material Requisition for Quotation) from Engineering Department, Passing through issuing RFQ (Request for Quotation), Tendering, Receiving Bids, Awarding selection Criteria, Preparing Bid Tabulations, issuing Purchase Orders, Expediting, Inspection, Shipping and receiving Material at job site.
I consider myself a responsible person that can evaluate the project priorities and determine the optimum solutions to maintain the delivery according to the project scheme.
My work for 15 years starting as site Engineer, Senior Project Planner, Senior Project Expeditor then for the last 6 years as Procurement Manager in the Oil & Gas projects gave me the wide vision for all Project aspects and how to make the Procurement one of the guaranteed processes for profit.
From 2009 till 2012, I studied Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management and achieved a Master Degree with an Excellent of Honor – GPA 3.71 to have an academic understanding to be added with the Practical Experience leading to perform my job in a professional manner.
My huge Travel experience to almost all European countries, UAE, South Korea & USA gave me the needed capabilities to deal with different cultures and to have very quick adaptation to the new location of work.
