Professional Experience
Experience: Extensive experience as Operations Manager, Loss Control Representative and Marine Surveyor/Inspector in the marine industry involving bulk shipments of petroleum, petrochemicals and crude oil via marine vessels, pipelines and ground transportation. Responsibilities included on site supervision duties of field personnel as an I.F.I.A. Certified Senior Marine Surveyor and Field Trainer for offshore lightering operations and land based loading/ discharge operations on board Marine vessels including ULCC/VLCC Class vessels in various refineries and FTZ terminals on a global scale.
* Promoted to Dispatcher for Gulf Coast region supervising a crew of 10-20 personnel on a 24 Hr basis.
* Promoted to the position of Operations Coordinator/Account Rep. with responsibilities as a team member to include opening and establishing regional satellite offices in new territories to serve a Global customer base.
*Promoted to the position of Operations Manager of a new regional satellite office based in Corpus Christi, Texas. Responsibilities included Supervision, Scheduling, Safety training and dispatching of field personnel. Quantity and quality determination of shipments, reconciliation of field reports, Account reconciliation, Invoicing and verification of laboratory results as per customer specifications.
