Training with operation of the plant both on practical and theory. Able to recognized equipments, equipments and operating unit working principle and operation safety standards.
Able to support senior operation technician in the routine work and start-up and shutdown activities.
Able to stand in as an Area Operative Technician during Manpower constraint
Carry out daily routine checks / inspections and log in the logsheet. Ensure all equipments are running in normal operating order, maintain good housekeeping structure at all times and exercise ownership of unit.
Communicate effectively and efficiently within a team of operation staff.
Support from supervisors, sub ordinates and colleagues and vice versa. Also practiced especially in delivering the accountability of high quality day-to-day jobs. Have also generated positive energy around the team and has continued to support others who are in need.
Sharing knowledge with others.
Continue to gain knowledge from others and learn from hardcopy.
Trained subordinates and trainees motivate and build a team spirit among team members and promote safety by having toolbox talks in a regular basis.

Fresh graduate in Engineering for Chemical Engineering and having experience in Surface Production Operations and related disciplines

Technical Courses:
• AVEVA PDMS – Equipment & Piping Design

Having on job-training experience in working to solving operations and maintenance team related with plant performance monitoring and plant troubleshooting in onshore oil processing plant. Familiar with industrial standards (API, ASME and TEMA).
