A Cementing Service Leader working with four major service companies throughout a successful career to date in the Oil & Gas Industry.
I have worked in supervisory roles within Cementing, leading my current title. Before my change in career I was drilling, and the responsibilities include supervising and management of logistics, records, safety training, Etc.
I have a proven track record while being deployed and working in remote and challenging locations.
Challenges which vary from logistic problems, crew’s experience, extreme weather conditions, remote locations; having to adapt and overcome mechanical failure, various crew issues and communication challenges {Phone and Internet Failure}.
My experience leading to my current position has included the training of crew members in cementing service applications. I have carried out training to new inexperienced team members; through to experienced supervisors on new equipment, data acquisition systems, calculations, job application and safety.
I have been working gaining valuable knowledge in the field to be an asset and valuable team member to my employer.
