QA/QC Engineer in Structural

Experience in Inspection and Execution of projects related to Oil & Gas Industry, Petrochemicals, Power Plant Natural Gas Transmission, Distribution Pipeline and Gas Plant Project Construction and structural jobs as a QA/QC.

 Review of inspection and Test plan (QAP) per QC-Procedure, Client Specification and Approved Drawing.
 Review of the project scope of work, material specifications, and drawings for any conflict with the requirement of the Quality standards and advise the Engineering Dept to initiate the corrective actions with the client prior to commencement of work.
 Inspection of joints fit up, alignment and dimensional accuracy as per drawing requirements.
 Offering of NDT Test involves to Inspection Agency & Approved
 Review of NDT Test Report with TPI or Client.
 Defect mapping & attain the repair work.
 Quality control documentation as per Quality inspection Procedure.
 To ensure related activities are carried out in accordance with project specification.
 Inspection of joints fit up, alignment and dimensional accuracy as per drawing requirements
 Verification of package punches lists and preparation of Quality dossiers.
 Maintaining welding inspection/NDT reports and record tracking
 Carry out blasting and painting inspection of all the jobs as per specified requirement.
 Preparation of welding inspection summary / joint tracking log.
 Verification of punch list and test packages.
 Co-ordination with client or TPI or Contractor.
 Carry out internal audit of related shops and office.
 Preparation of QC Report.
 Painting inspection Stage wise as per client specifications.
 Schedule & conduct internal quality audits.
 Schedule & arrange training modules for quality system implementation.
 Conduct management review meetings.
 Review of ISO related documents such as QSM/QSP/QWI, etc.
 Prepare & organize surveillance/re-certification audits by certification body.
