Currently associate with Hindalco industries ltd ( Aditya Birla Group) at sambalpur odisha As Asst. Manager Mechanical maintenance ( Boiler & Aux.) since Jan 2014 to till date.

ľ Previously work with Indiabulls power ltd at Amravati 5X270 MW Thermal Power Plant as a Senior Engineer Maintenance & commissioning of Boiler and its Aux from June 2012 to jan 2014.

ľ Previously worked in Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd . Jharsuguda in 2 x 130 MW Captive Power Plant as Maintenance Engineer (Boiler & Turbine) From July 2009 to June 2012.

Job profile:
Done the commissioning of 5x 270 MW Pulverized Fuel Boiler & Its Auxiliary, Such As ID Fan, FD Fan PA Fan, Coal mill , Coal feeder, Air Preheated , Boiler Pressure Parts, looking after Maintenance and overhauling of 270 MW PF Boiler

Job Responsibility:-

1. All rotary equipment LOP Pipeline Acid pickling , lube oil flushing Hydro test of oil cooler and pipeline as per Recommended test pressure, Boiler Hydro Test ,Air tightness test of Boiler , Boiler EDTA Cleaning ( chemical cleaning), steam blowing, Checking and inspection of boiler rotary & pressure parts as per drg , Coordination with project dept. And modify if any modification need at Maintenance Point of View.
2. Maintenance and Overhauling of Boiler Pressure Part, Coal Mil, Fan, Valve , Damper, Gate and its Auxiliary.
3. Responsible for the complete Maintenance activities of Boiler and Auxiliaries including preventive, Predictive, break- down maintenance.
4. Responsible for conducting Boiler Annual Overhauling.
5. Planning & organizing of Manpower, Materials and Spares for Routine maintenance activities & Annual overhaul.
6. Responsible for the generating PR, follow up of the materials from concern vendor.
7. Responsible for coordinating all documents related to boiler area including overhauling report, engineering report, spare list, R & M, EOH&S
8. Co-ordinate with contractors for the daily maintenance, short shut down and overhauling activities.
9. Responsible for the Modifications for the better performance/ availability of the equipments.

Educational Qualification:-

B.E. Mechanical from SCSVMV UNIVERSITY KANCHIPURAM, Tamilnadu, with 7.65 CGPA in May 2009

Intermediate in Science (Math) from Marwari College, Darbhanga with 54% in 2004

Matriculation from M.R.G High School, Andharatharhi with 62 % in 2001
