• Provide key information to demand and supply planning functions assisting the business to reach stringent Customer Service Levels.
• Weekly Review of Firm and Forecast demand by Product Line.

• Identify the SLOB inventory and make recommendations for reducing it.
• Prepare WO aging Report and WIP Inventory Report on monthly basis.
• Prepare Monthly Delivery Performance Report for the Plant, highlight variations from the Forecast and make recommendations to reduce the variations in future.
• Analysis of Purchase Price Variances.
• Analysis and Reporting of Spending Trends.
• Cross functional interaction between internal partners in accounts payable, manufacturing, sales, order management to satisfy customer requirements.
